Verdict drove the news on Fox News Sunday

Yesterday on Fox News Sunday, Shannon Bream played a clip from Verdict for Democrat Senator Mark Warner's reaction.

Listen to the latest episode of Verdict where I respond to Warner's comments.

Ep. 145: The Future of Verdict

We are just a month out from the midterm elections, our very own Senator is on a 17-state bus tour to take back America, and the next phase of politics is on the horizon—as is the next phase of this show. In sunny Las Vegas, Senator Ted Cruz is joined in person by Michael Knowles to share a major announcement about the future of Verdict. With America’s best podcast audience to thank, Verdict sprouted from its humble roots in a DC basement over two years ago to grow into one of America’s most important and recognized political podcasts. Today, podcasting’s favorite pair reflects on the rise of Verdict and sets a course for an even bigger future.

Ep. 144: Biden in His Own Words

Grandpa Joe’s “60 Minutes” interview is making waves in exactly the way you would expect. In this interview hot off the airwaves, Joe Biden not just once, but multiple times breaks with official U.S. policy (intentionally or unintentionally) and causes an uproar. Today, Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to respond to the wildest—and we mean wildest—moments from this freewheeling sit down, an interview which begs the question: if this is what made it to air, what hit the cutting room floor? Plus, the president of Iran denies the Holocaust, an unprecedented number of Republican Latinas run for Congress, and the Left loses their mind over Martha’s Vineyard migrants.

Ep. 143: Migrant Madness

Are pants on fire in the White House yet? Karine Jean-Pierre can’t stop talking about everyone’s favorite podcast from the podium as she shamelessly lies about illegal immigration and condemns Republicans for giving the liberal elites a taste of their own medicine. And that’s only the start of the madness from this week! Senator Ted Cruz joins Michael Knowles to break it all down—from a mind-boggling objection to common-sense legislation to a (very controversial) upcoming vote and the telling details behind the end of a new journalism bill.

Political parties sometimes don't tell you who they are until after an election, from jamming down a railway labor deal on people who supported them to now this.

I'm also reminded of this jewel from our Chief Justice, John Roberts: "The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race."

Many Republicans in Congress blew an opportunity to side with workers over union bosses on the railway deal jammed down last week. It didn't have to be this way. At least Sen. Cruz got it right.
